About this opportunity
We’re seeking a Director to lead our Transaction Banking Solutions Corporate Sales Healthcare Tech and Leisure team. This team is pivotal in driving revenue for our large corporate client base across our comprehensive Transaction Banking Solutions product suite.
You’ll assume overall responsibility for leading revenue generation, origination efforts across all transaction banking products and will drive strategic direction delivering high-quality new business opportunities.
Your accountabilities will include:
Driving revenue growthby originating and advancing high-quality opportunities across the full suite of Transaction Banking Solutions for clients in these key sectors.
Leveraging new income opportunities via a wide suite of solutions with focus on cash management, trade and working capital solutions, Card acquiring and issuing.
Leading and developing a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence through clear objectives, coaching, and collaboration with internal partners.
Developing and fostering strategic partnerships with C-suite executives and key customers to position the bank as a trusted advisor.
Ensuring robust risk management and regulatory compliance, while identifying and mitigating commercial risks to protect clients and the Group.
Fostering innovation and continuous improvement, finding opportunities to improve client outcomes, streamline processes, and represent the bank at industry events.

What you’ll need
A wealth of evidenced experience in Transaction Banking sales with an in-depth knowledge of products and the Healthcare Tech and Leisure sectors.
Consistent track record of successfully developing new business opportunities, as well as maintain existing clients.
Have an excellent knowledge of the customer base and competitive environment, to provide client and market feedback to management and business partners, including for product development and enhancement and solution delivery
Have a strong understanding of credit and risk in the context of corporate clients, countries, trade and cash management products.
A track record in managing strategic client and customer relationships, typically by using large account teams to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty toward the organisation.
Cert ICM or similar would also be beneficial
