Lusona Consultancy's Glasgow-based accountancy practice is seeking a Business Services Manager who can progress to Director Designate. You will manage a varied portfolio of owner-managed businesses, supervise accountants and trainees, and maintain close client relationships with Partners' support.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA or ACCA with UK practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied portfolio of owner‑managed clients.
• Review year‑end accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders.
• Oversee management accounts and financial reporting.
• Develop junior staff and supervise trainees.
• Collaborate with Partners on client projects and strategy.
