Director Total Rewards
The Director, Total Rewards is responsible for designing, implementing and managing comprehensive compensation and benefits strategies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) and Asia Pacific (APAC) regions. This role will ensure legal compliance, cost effectiveness and that total rewards programs support the most critical business initiatives.
This role will collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and manage various benefit vendors. This role will lead all areas of JBTM rewards programs including health & welfare benefits, compensation, wellness and retirement for regions.
