A global brand id-market name is hiring a Tech M&A Director in London as they expand the team. Your role will involve some execution but in particular you will have a mandate to further enhance their origination capability. UK TMT M&A.

This team primarily focused on Software and Technology Services transactions and has a strong track record of success. This hire is incremental and there is a clear path upwards.

Responsibilities

• M&A deal origination and oversee execution on a range of buy-side and sell-side UK transactions
• Support day to day management of transactions and taking responsibility for client communications

The successful candidate will have accrued significant mid-market M&A experience, in particular centred on Tech and TMT verticals.

You will be a commercial, driven and ambitious individual who is highly client focused and enjoys developing effective working relationships with clients and C-Suite.
