Our diverse client base includes mid-market to FTSE-listed groups, public sector entities, real estate, and financial services, working across various sectors and client sizes.

We are looking for talented Directors with experience in:

• Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes, including EMEA compliance
• End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
• Advising on tax technology to support compliance and reporting
• Tax technology implementation, including requirements gathering and design documentation review
• Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
• Project and client engagement management

Desirable but not essential skills include:

• Data management, databases, data transmission, and transformation, including SQL
• Analyzing large data volumes
• Designing cloud-based applications from a tax perspective
• Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
• Leading tax transformation and technology projects within finance transformation programs
• Developing automation solutions for tax
• Designing systems to address tax requirements across countries
• Collaborating with colleagues across GCT, Tax Transformation, and Consulting
• Developing governance and control frameworks
• Enhancing service offerings and delivery models
• Building strong client relationships
• Performance management of senior team members and overseeing offshore resources
• Identifying additional client service opportunities and liaising with specialists
• Coaching team members and following best practices
