Role Overview

We seek talented Directors with experience in:

• Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
• End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
• Tax technology advising and implementation, including requirements gathering and design review
• Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
• Project and client management

Additional desirable skills include:

• Data management, databases, data transmission, and transformation, including SQL
• Analyzing large data volumes
• Designing cloud-based tax applications
• Functionality translation between technology and tax teams
• Leading tax transformation and automation projects, often within broader finance transformations
• Designing systems addressing tax requirements across countries
• Collaborating with colleagues in Tax Transformation, GCT, and other KPMG teams
• Developing global governance and control frameworks
• Enhancing service offerings and delivery models
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Performance management of team members and overseeing offshore resources
• Identifying additional service opportunities and liaising with specialists
• Coaching and providing technical support
• Adhering to KPMG policies and best practices
