Role Overview

We seek talented Directors with experience in areas such as:

1. Deep tax compliance, automation, and reporting, especially around indirect taxes and EMEA compliance
2. End-to-end finance processes (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record-to-report) and their integration with tax
3. Tax technology advising and implementation, including requirements gathering and design documentation review
4. Tax transformation, governance, process design, and improvement
5. Project and client engagement management

Additional desirable skills include:

1. Data management, databases, data transmission, and transformation, including SQL
2. Analyzing large data volumes
3. Designing cloud-based tax applications
4. Acting as a liaison between technology and tax teams
5. Leading tax transformation and automation projects
6. Designing systems addressing tax requirements across countries
7. Collaborating with colleagues across GCT, Tax Transformation, and other KPMG teams
8. Developing governance frameworks and service offerings
9. Building strong client relationships
10. Performance management and oversight of offshore teams
11. Identifying additional service opportunities and providing coaching and support
