FTI Consulting is seeking a Director in Transaction Services to support the London-based team on fast-paced European and global transactions. The role involves leading complex due diligence engagements, coordinating with buyers and sellers, and delivering high-quality advice across various industries.

You will manage senior stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development by nurturing client relationships and identifying opportunities in M&A activity across EMEA.

Qualifikationen

• Significant post-qualification transaction services experience, preferably with a Big 4 or equivalent.
• Experience leading due diligence and financial advisory assignments on large, multi-geography deals.
• Track record of managing teams and delivering high-quality analyses to senior stakeholders.
• Strong client-facing communication with PE investors, lenders and other advisers.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and model the financial performance (past and future) of an acquisition target.
• Lead delivery of mid-size complex projects or sections of FDD on larger deals.
• Directly communicate key issues to clients and liaise with M&A bankers, lawyers and financing providers.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, reviewing their analyses and outputs.
• Identify value drivers, price adjustments, and deal breakers; prepare equity bridge and price adjustments.
