• Champion student enrichment and create vibrant, inclusive experiences that go beyond the classroom
• Lead the student voice strategy, ensuring learners are active participants in shaping their college journey.
• Oversee the Student Services team and functions, continuously enhancing the quality and impact of our support services.
• To lead careers education, advice, and guidance, empowering students with the skills and confidence to thrive in life and work
• To act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding lead ensuring compliance and cultivating a safe, informed, and respectful environment.
