We have a sensitive yet exciting opportunity for an experienced Structural Engineer who has ambitions set on business ownership. The role involves establish and develop their own office in the West Midlands, win business and grow a team with the support of a larger parent company. This person will have the freedom to grow the business as they see fit and will benefit directly with equity shares and profit share. Initially this role will involve developing new business ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and growing a team..
