Confluence is looking for a senior strategic partnerships leader to help build and scale our partnerships organisation across the UK and Europe. This is a newly created role and a unique opportunity to establish strategic relationships with the organisations that influence technology and operating model decisions across the investment management industry. Working across consultants, advisory firms, fund administrators, asset servicers, technology providers and implementation partners, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Confluence's market presence and driving partner-influenced revenue growth. Rather than inheriting an established programme, you'll help define our partnership strategy, shape engagement models, and build the foundations of a growing function. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing and Client Service teams while enjoying high visibility across the organisation and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth.
