Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Director of Solutions Architects to build and lead our EMEA SA team across Europe. You will drive technical excellence in pre-sales, mentor staff, and collaborate with sales leadership to win and grow business for our Next.js and agentic infrastructure stack.

The role is hybrid with offices in London or Berlin and requires three onsite days per week, reporting to the VP of Field Engineering. You will shape regional strategy and scale the team across multiple segments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or pre-sales roles with leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead and scale technical teams in a high-growth SaaS/cloud environment
• Experience collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success

Responsibilities

• Build and lead our EMEA Solutions Architecture team across Europe.
• Ensure technical excellence across the pre-sales cycle for key accounts.
• Provide hands-on support for strategic customers (presentations, architecture reviews, migrations).
• Partner with Sales to win new business and expand existing accounts.
