Job Description
This critical role will be at the forefront of building an enablement function to empower and grow our SMB B2B partnerships globally. This role involves driving the programmatic setup of the global SMB B2B partnerships function and supporting the creation of a Visa Commercial Solution (VCS) - wide partner strategy in a high-growth area for Visa.
The position requires an experienced professional with a broad, well-rounded set of skills, particularly in a commercial mindset, ability to drive value and results, negotiation skills, payments knowledge, and the setup and running of programmatic operational functions. The target candidate will have a high level of energy, flexibility, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex and often ambiguous environment as part of a newly established team.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
• 15 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD
• Proven experience in a partnerships or business development role, preferably within the SMB sector.
• Experience building operational programs in large scale organizations
• Able to build relationships and gain exposure to internal and external client leadership teams through demonstrating key domain expertise.
• You have prior experience in the design and build systems, tools, and processes to enable partnerships.
• Prior experience in conduct market and opportunity analysis to identify top opportunities.
• You have a demonstrated track record in the product resell readiness and establishing new partnerships
