Job summary

Wayve, a leader in Embodied AI, seeks a Director of Platform Management for Simulation, Evaluation & Validation to align platforms with the AI Driver’s development and testing workflows. You will steer toolchains used by engineers and scientists, shaping the roadmaps and cross-team alignment.

You will guide a lean, high-expertise PM organization, drive velocity, and ensure platform reliability. This hybrid, in-office role in the UK emphasizes safety, speed, and innovation in autonomous driving

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with leadership of PM teams.
• Experience building internal platforms, developer tools, or ML/AI evaluation infra.
• Data-driven and KPI-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy for platforms for simulation, evaluation and validation.
• Own the end-to-end product roadmap across simulation, evaluation and validation initiatives.
• Lead and grow the product management team across multiple sub-teams.
• Build world-class developer experiences with regular user research.
• Define quality standards for an internal platform including reliability and observability.
• Lead regular business reviews and quarterly planning with leadership.
