Job summary

Graphcore in Bristol is seeking a Director of Silicon Verification to lead the multi-site verification organisation for high‑performance AI accelerators. The role sets the verification strategy, drives test plans and oversees RTL sign‑off across multiple silicon programs, partnering with Architecture, Logical Design, Physical Design, DFT and Systems.

You will build a globally distributed team, drive automation, and ensure on‑time delivery with rigorous coverage and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead, scale and inspire verification teams.
• Extensive verification leadership experience in CPU/GPU/SoC environments.
• Deep understanding of modern verification methodologies and tools.

Responsibilities

• Define long‑term verification vision, roadmap and strategy for Graphcore silicon programs.
• Lead a high‑performing, globally distributed verification organisation.
• Oversee test planning, coverage targets and sign-off of RTL blocks and SoCs.
• Drive automation, tooling and infrastructure to improve productivity and quality.
