Senior Fire Engineer | Lead a specialist team and shape critical outcomes

This is a rare senior appointment for a Chartered Fire Engineer ready to step into a leadership role with real responsibility and influence. A replacement position within an established and growing specialist division, where your expertise will set standards, guide people and shape how complex fire engineering work is delivered.

You’ll be based in Hampshire, overseeing a team of fire engineers within a respected multidisciplinary consultancy group. The culture is professional, supportive and grounded. Senior leaders here value judgement, integrity and calm decision-making over noise or hierarchy.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and overseeing a team of fire engineers
• Providing senior technical direction on complex fire engineering projects
