We are thrilled to be partnering with an award-winning international artist and project management agency with a global presence. Known for innovation and excellence across music, our client is now launching a brand new division and looking for a dynamic leader to shape and grow it.

This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning of an ambitious and exciting expansion and you could play an integral role in shaping it! We're seeking an experienced Director / Senior Agent with a proven track record in commercial music, who can sign and develop outstanding artists, drive new business, and establish the division as a key player on the global stage.

The Role
  • Build and manage a roster of leading and emerging commercial music artists.
  • Negotiate contracts and oversee career strategies spanning live, recording, brand and media opportunities.
  • Develop the division's vision and growth strategy in alignment with the wider agency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with promoters, venues, labels, brands and media.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company in the global music industry.
About You
  • Proven success as a senior agent, manager or director in commercial music.
  • Strong network across the music industry and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to launch and lead a new division.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to travel internationally.
