Citi is seeking a Director – Product Manager/Developer to join the Agency Securities Lending (ASL) team within Investment Banking. You will shape the strategic direction and deliver innovative lending solutions for institutional clients.

The role requires deep knowledge of agency lending, collateral management, and the securities financing ecosystem, with strong analytical, business analysis, and project management skills to drive end-to-end product delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in securities lending and collateral management.
• Proven track record in product management, business analysis, or project management in capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (SFTR, Basel III/IV, SEC 15c3-3, UMR).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering digital lending solutions and platform transformations.

Aufgaben

• Define and own the product roadmap for Agency Securities Lending services.
• Lead TOM design and transformation with front-to-back process redesign.
• Drive large-scale platform modernization and vendor integration.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, compliance, and legal to deliver solutions.
• Develop KPIs and analytics to measure adoption and impact.
• Engage with institutional clients and market intelligence.
