Job summary
Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Director - Product Manager/Developer to shape Agency Securities Lending strategy and delivery for institutional clients. You will own the product roadmap, lead cross-functional teams, and collaborate with technology, operations, risk, and compliance to drive transformation and innovation.
This role emphasizes market intelligence, risk oversight, and performance analytics to optimize revenue and reduce risk across the securities financing ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Securities Lending, Prime Services, or Collateral Management.
- Proven experience as Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in capital markets, fintech, or global banking.
- Familiarity with the securities finance value chain: trade lifecycle, recall management, settlement, and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the product roadmap for Agency Securities Lending services.
- Lead Target Operating Model design and platform transformation initiatives.
- Drive large-scale platform upgrades, external integrations, and scalable architecture migrations.
- Act as product owner within Agile delivery teams, translating complex needs into epics and user stories.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure market-leading offerings and regulatory alignment.
