  • Occasional support to the Sales department.

Director's PA

We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant to join our central admin team based in Caterham.

What you'll be doing:

Supporting the Regional Managing Director and other senior leaders, you'll play a key role in delivering a high-quality secretarial and administrative service across the business.

Key responsibilities include managing diaries, coordinating meetings, preparing correspondence, handling emails on behalf of the Managing Director, and producing documents such as reports and presentations. You'll also provide occasional administrative support to the Sales department when needed. This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Skills & knowledge you'll bring:

Extensive experience gained in the role of PA having supported senior directors within an organisation.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with internal and external customers/clients at all levels.

Ability to exercise discretion and act with integrity.

Highly organised

Highly proficient user of MS-Office suite, ideally holding advanced qualifications in Word, Outlook and Powerpoint.
