Are you a seasoned Commercial Insurance professional with expertise in large-scale, M&A due diligence?

Would you like to play a pivotal role within a prominent, specialist practice, leading a variety of projects and advisory services in pre-acquisition and post-deal M&A environments?

What your day will look like

• Leading insurance due diligence advisory projects for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients, including review of data room information, management interviews, and technical insurance commentary, culminating in high-quality reports.
• Driving project management engagement.
• Collaborating closely with clients and top-tier advisers.
• Coordinating internal Aon expertise across practices and geographies, building an internal network.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling Aon products and solutions.
• Facilitating post-close programme placements.
• Building and nurturing client relationships.
