The R&I team provides insurance advisory services to private equity, infrastructure funds, and corporate clients on buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities.
What your day will look like
- Leading insurance due diligence advisory projects for private equity, infrastructure, and corporate clients, including review of data room information, management interviews, and technical insurance commentary, culminating in high-quality reports.
- Driving project management engagement.
- Collaborating closely with clients and top-tier advisers.
- Coordinating internal Aon expertise across practices and geographies, building an internal network.
- Identifying opportunities for cross-selling Aon products and solutions.
- Facilitating post-close programme placements.
- Building and nurturing client relationships.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- M&A transaction, due diligence, and project management experience is essential.
- Proven insurance experience in property & casualty sectors (broking or underwriting), relevant qualifications (e.g., ACII), is crucial.
- Experience advising on risk and insurance in M&A scenarios is desirable.
