Your day-to-day
As Director Revenue Operations for Europe, you drive strategic planning and execution for the European commercial organisation, driving annual and long-term planning processes, including territory planning and quota setting. You will leverage data to improve performance, optimizing processes for account managers, and design sales strategies tailored to SMB (Small and Medium-sized Business), Partner and Enterprise customer segments. You will be the connective tissue between product, sales, marketing, and GTM, driving alignment on initiatives, product deployment and customer experience improvements.
