As a key member of the Property Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will play a vital role in shaping our strategic direction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a large operational team, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Manage and optimise a multi-million-pound budget, ensuring cost-effective service delivery.
Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale residential maintenance projects.
Develop and implement operational strategies that align with overall business objectives.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.
Work closely with property management, asset teams, and external contractors to enhance service delivery.
Track and report on key performance indicators, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
