Shape the future of branded living for IHG.

We’re seeking a strategic deal ‑ maker to spearhead the global pipeline of luxury branded residences, converting early interest into signed, high ‑ value projects. If you thrive on cross ‑ functional collaboration, complex negotiations and turning market insight into revenue, this role will put you at the centre of IHG ’ s fastest ‑ growing business line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft regional and brand ‑ specific residential growth strategies, grounded in market intelligence and cross ‑ functional input.
  • Own every stage of deal advancement – from first contact through diligence, approvals and contract signing whilst keeping commercial terms, support models and design standards fully aligned.
  • Assess market trends and competitor moves to prioritise opportunities and inform IHG’s global residential roadmap.
  • Orchestrate timely involvement of legal, finance, design, brand and development teams, ensuring a seamless, compliant process.
  • Act as the primary liaison for owners and developers, safeguarding mutual interests while maintaining rigorous financial and legal governance.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Solid background in hospitality, real estate, development, investment or strategy, with exposure to luxury residential markets.
  • Strong strategic and financial acumen, able to balance project economics with brand positioning.
  • Deep understanding of branded ‑ residence business models, design principles and full project lifecycle.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and high proficiency with analytical tools to support data ‑ driven decisions.
