Our client is seeking a highly experienced Director to lead their Real Estate Valuation service line within a dynamic Advisory team. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for managing a diverse portfolio of valuation and advisory engagements, including support for audit-related work.

The Opportunity

You will lead and develop a team of junior surveyors, deliver high-quality client outcomes, and play a key role in business development initiatives. The role spans a range of real estate asset classes and valuation techniques, offering the chance to work across complex, high-profile projects alongside top-tier professionals in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of real estate valuation services for both advisory and audit support purposes
Manage client portfolios with a focus on quality, risk, and commercial performance
Mentor and develop junior team members
Build strong client relationships and drive business development
Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and grow the valuation offering

What We’re Looking For

Extensive experience in corporate real estate, valuation, and capital markets
Senior-level valuation experience within a professional services firm, ideally audit-aligned
Proficiency in a variety of valuation techniques across multiple asset classes
Proven leadership skills and a commitment to team development
Strong risk and commercial management capability
