As a Director, you will lead our real estate valuation services, managing a portfolio and ensuring the timely and high-quality delivery of engagements in both advisory and audit support. You will lead a team of junior surveyors, support wider team projects, build strong relationships, and spearhead marketing and business development initiatives, collaborating with senior staff to grow the business.

You’ll be someone with:

• An extensive background in corporate real estate, valuation, and capital markets, seeking to leverage that experience in consulting
• Significant valuation experience at a senior level, preferably from a professional services firm with an audit practice
• Proficiency in various valuation techniques across different real estate asset classes
• Proven leadership skills and a commitment to team development
• Strong quality, risk, and commercial management skills
