What the job involves

• Lead sourcing and evaluation of real asset opportunities with focus on infrastructure co-investments, primaries and secondaries.
• Manage external GP/sourcing partner relationships to drive additional investment deal flow.
• Apply critical analysis to all investment opportunities.
• Manage and develop investment professionals.
• Support client-facing teams with market and deal updates.
• Participate in client and prospect meetings.
• Collaborate with legal, operations, risk, and other internal stakeholders.

Who we are looking for

• 10+ years of infrastructure experience in transaction advisory, or financing background in infrastructure deals.
• Demonstrated ability to think critically and independently evaluate investment opportunities from multiple perspectives.
• Comfortable expressing well-reasoned scepticism about investment opportunities.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and networking abilities.
