Job Description:

Our team is pioneering and driving transformative innovation through quantitative solutions engineering, supporting the Analytics vision to reimagine pharmaceutical development.

In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and evolving processes and tools that enable quantitative scientists to analyze complex data sources and AI to support drug development decisions in GxP and non-GxP environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, maintain, and evolve data integration, analysis, and reporting processes in drug development.
  • Lead process design using automation, agile practices, and modern systems to improve quality and efficiency, complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Create procedural documents and guide teams responsible for documentation and training, in line with governance processes.
  • Facilitate the rollout of new processes, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide systems and acting as an Analytics Point of Contact.
  • Lead organizational change to standardize processes across global teams and engage end-users for continuous improvement.
  • Manage risks and serve as a point of contact for inspections and audits related to processes.
  • Participate in process initiatives across development projects, coordinating diverse teams.
  • Monitor systems impacting data analysis and reporting, focusing on scalable, modern solutions.
  • Engage with industry communities to establish standards and share expertise through publications and collaborations.
