Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, negotiation, and execution of PV Agreements globally.
• Provide strategic leadership for the PV Alliance Contracting function.
• Governance of alliance management, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Partner with Legal to maintain PV templates and regulatory alignment.
• Drive continuous improvement and adoption of new technologies, including AI.
