Job summary

CitySwift is seeking a senior Authority Engagement Lead to drive how we partner with transport authorities across EMEA, positioning our platform for network planning, performance management and policy outcomes. You will serve as the authority SME, shaping market strategy and collaborating with Sales, Product and Partner Management to win strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with transport authorities or public sector transport organisations.
• Strong understanding of public transport planning, network design, and service performance management.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders within transport authorities or government bodies.
• Strong understanding of public transport policy, procurement, franchising, funding and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CitySwift's engagement strategy with transport authorities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on authority priorities and governance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product on strategic opportunities and pre‑sales processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across authorities and government bodies.
• Lead authority data discovery and assess data sources, quality and integration needs.
• Ensure product strategy reflects market trends and regulatory developments.
• Identify opportunities and support market expansion across EMEA.
• Support partner managers with executive stakeholder engagement and long‑term account development.
