Job summary

CitySwift, a leading performance optimisation platform for public transport, seeks a strategy-led authority engagement lead to shape market strategy and drive opportunities across EMEA. You will leverage deep transport planning expertise to position our platform with transport authorities and government bodies.

Qualifications

• Significant experience with transport authorities or public sector transport organisations.
• Strong understanding of public transport planning, network design and service performance management.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders within transport authorities or government bodies.
• Knowledge of public transport policy, procurement, franchising, funding and data environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead CitySwift's engagement strategy with transport authorities.
• Act as authority subject-matter expert on priorities (planning, performance, decarbonisation).
• Partner with Sales and Product on strategic authority opportunities and pre-sales discovery.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders across transport authorities and government bodies.
• Serve as primary authority solution expert through complex sales cycles and procurement workflows.
• Drive data discovery with prospective clients, assessing data sources and integration needs.
