This respected independent project consultancy have a successful track record of delivering landmark commercial, residential and mixed schemes for premium developer / investors.

They are instructed by a well known client on a £100m+ commercial mixed use cut and carve in a prime Central London and seek a project director / director project manager to lead the project.

About you:

You will ideally be a project manager with min 10 years experience in project management including all round skills in delivery, team leadership and client management. You will be confident in leading complex development projects with contract values in excess of £100m.

Additional attributes:

• Degree qualified
• Chartered property professional such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent
• 10+ years project management experience within a project consultancy or client
• Experience delivering complex cut & carve or refurbishment projects
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
