What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading landmark projects from inception to completion—your expertise will shape spaces where film, television, and creativity flourish.
• Collaborating with industry leaders—you’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Innovating for the future—bringing fresh ideas to the table that enhance studio functionality, sustainability, and adaptability.
• Managing budgets and timelines—your strategic oversight will ensure projects remain efficient, cost-effective, and on schedule.
• Navigating complexity—from navigating regulations to problem-solving on-site, your experience will be crucial in driving success.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of delivering large-scale film studio projects in the UK or internationally.
• Deep understanding of UK construction regulations, procurement processes, and RIBA stages.
• Exceptional leadership skills—you inspire teams, negotiate confidently, and foster innovation.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Chartered status (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MAPM) is an advantage.
