Project Director - Commercial Developer

This leading project management consultancy works with Tier 1 real estate developer and investor clients in Central London, managing several award-winning projects.

They are currently seeking a Project Director to join their team due to new projects launching in Q3 2025. These projects involve commercial cut and carve and new build developments with contract values ranging from £50m to £250m.

About you:

You should ideally be a project management professional with over 10 years of experience in a consultancy or client-side environment, delivering projects under JCT contracts.

Additional candidate attributes include:

• Degree qualification in a property-related subject
• Chartered status such as MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA, or equivalent
• Over 10 years of project management experience
• Experience delivering projects within the commercial sector
