Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science or engineering field.
• Experience in multiple areas of quality assurance within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Experience interacting with global Regulatory Bodies.
• Solid understanding of CMC related regulatory guidances (ICH, FDA, EMA, MHRA).

Responsibilities

• Represent Quality on global teams, liaising for the Quality function across franchises.
• Support governance teams and drive information flow to CMC, Quality Product Teams, and site leads.
• Act as the communication bridge between development, CMC, Quality, and Operations.
• Implement CMC strategies and enable faster cycle times with Quality constraints.
• Maintain Quality understanding from early development to post-release events and link to patient outcomes.
• Provide data-driven Quality guidance to manage risk proactively.
