Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI and data-driven digital products using iterative, value-focused delivery methods.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that emphasizes speed, experimentation, and learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams-engineering, design, and business stakeholders-to test hypotheses and refine product direction.
• Establish and manage a lean product roadmap, focusing on high-impact features with minimal viable scope.
• Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning, emphasizing short cycles and fast feedback loops.
• Champion a culture of experimentation, utilizing A/B testing, user research, and analytics to inform decisions.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and extensible, preparing for future enhancements while addressing immediate needs.
• Create user stories, solution designs, and wireframes that prioritize user-centric design principles.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by clearly communicating trade-offs, timelines, and outcomes.
• Foster a team environment that embraces ambiguity and adapts quickly to change, delivering tangible results.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Strong product management experience with a focus on end-to-end solution delivery and agile methodologies.
• Proven success in launching digital products and iterating based on user feedback.
• Deep understanding of lean product development and user-centered design.
• Experience in fast-paced environments where speed and adaptability are essential.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to align diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and deliver impactful solutions quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in strategy, innovation, or a related field.
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Lean Startup methodologies.
• Experience with design thinking, prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch), and analytics platforms.
• Background in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries, with experience navigating compliance.
