Title and Summary

Role: The Mastercard Open Banking global product team aims to empower consumers to benefit from their financial data through our Open Banking platform, enabling transformative services in the industry. We seek a collaborative, results-oriented product manager passionate about empowering consumers, leveraging new technologies, and delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for product and service optimization across markets and globally.
• Engage with global and regional teams including product managers, designers, engineers, compliance, and legal to deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop and present business cases to secure stakeholder buy-in and prioritize initiatives.
• Communicate product performance, risks, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and working groups to ensure alignment and progress.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape to refine product positioning.

Qualifications:

• Experience in product management, including managing complex initiatives, defining roadmaps, and monitoring KPIs.
• Proven ability to work with partners and customers to create innovative products.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Open Banking practices, regulations, and standards is preferred.
