Qualifications

• Experience recruiting, leading and developing product teams with strong coaching and people leadership skills.
• Domain knowledge in fraud prevention, statistical modelling and AI/machine learning.
• Strong product management experience, preferably within a large B2B organisation.
• Ability to understand and analyse complex data associated with machine learning and AI algorithms.
• Experience building and delivering capital investment projects with accountability for outcomes.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality user experiences and keeping customers at the centre of product decisions.
• Track record of driving process improvement initiatives with long-term business or customer value.
• Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.

About the Role

As a senior product leader, you will lead a team of product managers responsible for delivering innovative fraud prevention and AI-driven solutions. You will define global fraud product strategy for the New Account Opening part of the portfolio, drive customer-centric product development, and work across a global organisation to deliver measurable business outcomes.
