Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or related discipline.
Significant experience leading technology-enabled transformation initiatives in financial services.
Experience in fund administration, private markets, or related sector.
Professional qualifications in project management, business analysis, or change management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Product Development Managers and Assistant Managers.
Define and drive the Product Development roadmap aligned with objectives.
Champion innovation and adoption of new technologies across Fund Services.
Oversee delivery of transformation and tech-enabled projects within budget and timeline.
Provide direction on risks, issues, and governance.
Build relationships with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
Ensure robust requirements gathering and BA standards.
Present recommendations and progress to executives and clients.
Represent Product Development in internal/external engagements.
