KBRA seeks a Director for the Corporate Credit Funds team in London. The role focuses on rating assignments for private credit and direct lending, with emphasis on cash flow modeling, collateral analysis, and structured credit evaluation.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of work experience in corporate credit, private credit, direct lending, fund investing, CLO analysis, or structured finance.
• Strong understanding of liability structures, LTV/advance rates, payment priorities, and structural protections.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for research and productivity is a plus.

• Lead the new issuance rating process, evaluating transaction structures, protections, collateral, and cash flow dynamics.
• Analyze portfolios of corporate loans, bonds, and other credit instruments including middle market exposures.
• Conduct due diligence with asset managers and issuers to assess underwriting standards and portfolio management practices.
