Ocorian in Jersey is seeking a strategic leader to provide governance oversight across private client and fiduciary structures, acting as a Director on client entities and, where required, Ocorian regulated businesses. You will shape direction, drive governance, and support growth.

Working with regulators, clients and senior stakeholders, you will lead risk management, governance oversight and continuous improvement while mentoring teams and delivering client-focused, compliant solutions.

Competenze

• 15+ years' experience within trust, company administration, fiduciary services or a related professional services environment.
• Professionally qualified (e.g. STEP, CGI/ICSA or equivalent) with a strong technical understanding of trust administration, company law and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Demonstrated experience acting as a Director, Trustee or senior fiduciary professional with regulator expectations.
• Strong commercial, risk management and strategic leadership capabilities with experience overseeing regulated businesses.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with high-net-worth clients, regulators and senior leaders.
• Strong financial, taxation and wealth structuring knowledge and ability to lead change and drive innovation.
