Are you a strategic leader with a passion for optimizing hotel performance? We’re looking for a Performance Delivery Director to lead our Central Performance Delivery (CPD) and Guest Love Performance Programme (GLPP) consultants, ensuring we hit our regional targets and deliver exceptional results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Team Management:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of hotel consultants to achieve outstanding performance and maintain high-quality delivery standards. Conduct regular performance reviews and reinforce best practices.
  • Strategic Execution:Drive the design and execution of our Performance Delivery strategy, aligning it with regional priorities and formulating strategies to enhance performance in key markets.
  • Resource Allocation:Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize resource allocation and ensure we’re focusing on the right areas during our quarterly prioritization process.
  • Performance Analysis:Analyze metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance hotel performance.
  • Training and Development:Work with the CPDO Manager to create and oversee a comprehensive training program, ensuring our team has the skills needed to succeed.
  • Collaboration:Build strong relationships with various teams to promote collaboration and strategic alignment.
  • Talent Strategy:Develop a robust talent strategy to ensure we have a pipeline of skilled professionals ready to meet future challenges.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Extensive experience in hotel management, preferably in senior roles across multiple properties.
  • A background in consultancy would be highly desirable
  • Proven history leading teams and managing complex projects.
  • Strong consultancy skills and the ability to adapt your approach and communication style.
