Arm Limited is seeking a Director of People Analytics & AI to lead their People Analytics team, leveraging data and AI to drive insights and improve employee experiences. We are looking for a forward-thinking and impactful leader to join our People Enablement team as theDirector, People Analytics & AI.A newly created role at Arm, designed to accelerate our People Group’s data maturity and leverage AI and analytics to drive insight, effectiveness, and excellent experiences for our people. This role will sit at the heart of Arm’s journey to becoming a more data- and AI-driven People function!
A high-impact role, sitting at the intersection of people strategy, technology, and data science! You’ll work in close partnership with senior People leaders, IT, and the Digital & AI teams to ensure we are proactive, ethical, and effective in the way we use data, automation, and AI.
