One of our companies is currently looking for a Director, Partnership Management, Europe in the United Kingdom.

This strategic role is focused on managing and expanding partnerships with high-impact enterprise clients across the European region. As Director of Partnership Management, you will lead the execution of business-critical initiatives, working with leading financial institutions, fintechs, and platforms to grow adoption of next-generation financial solutions. You'll work cross-functionally to develop and implement partnership strategies, accelerate customer onboarding, and drive measurable growth across the company's product suite. Success in this role requires a blend of commercial acumen, technical fluency, and a deep understanding of customer success dynamics.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead strategic partnerships across Europe, from deal design through to execution, activation, and long-term growth
  • Manage key enterprise relationships with banks, fintechs, and platforms, aligning on shared goals and expanding engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams—Product, Legal, Compliance, Marketing—to deliver value-based solutions for partners
  • Define and drive success plans with partners, ensuring strong activation, adoption, and expansion
  • Develop executive-level relationships and lead joint business planning and performance reviews
  • Deliver strategic insights to shape regional go-to-market strategies and partnership enablement


Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience managing enterprise partnerships, including customer onboarding, growth, and lifecycle management
  • Proven track record in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services sectors
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, including with executive stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and business information into clear strategic direction
  • Demonstrated success in executing partner enablement plans and driving commercial outcomes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, especially in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Deep understanding of the European financial ecosystem and regulatory landscape
