Key Duties

- Develop strategies to maximize revenue through services like eye tests, eyewear sales, and other optical products and services.
- Ensure all optical products, services, and consultations meet high standards.
- Oversee and contribute to marketing strategies, including local advertising, promotions, and community engagement.
- Develop customer retention strategies and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.
- Network with healthcare professionals and local businesses to enhance services and referrals.
- Participate in community initiatives, health fairs, and local partnerships to raise awareness of the practice.
