Job description

Our client is a prestigious and well-respected property organisation that is going through a period of substantial growth. They are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their team at their busy office in Southport.

An exciting time to be joining this ambitious company, which is dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients while offering a supportive and collaborative work environment to their staff.

This role will involve managing their residential lettings portfolio, where you will be responsible for managing approximately 130 units, ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio and providing an exceptional level of service to all landlords and tenants. Working alongside a dynamic team of lettings professionals, your duties and responsibilities will include:

  1. First point of contact for all landlord and tenant enquiries
  2. Preparing tenancy paperwork
  3. End of tenancy, deposit release
  4. Arranging maintenance with contractors
  5. Managing landlord and tenant relationships to a high standard
  6. Rent renewals
  7. Managing rental arrears
  8. Assessing contractor work
  9. Negotiating and revising costs
  10. Ensuring full legislative compliance
  11. Providing an exceptional level of service

This is a busy and challenging role, and property management experience, along with legislative knowledge, is essential. You must have excellent organisational skills, strong relationship management skills, and be able to deal with high-pressure situations in a professional manner, as no two days will be the same!

Our client is offering a basic of £26,000 – £28,000 plus OTE £35,000, and lots of additional perks!
