Overview
Welcome to Warner Bros. Discovery. This role is for a Director of Global Organic Growth responsible for CRO and SEO strategy for Max.com, with a strong focus on scaling experimentation and performance across all Max markets. You will sit at the intersection of marketing, product, analytics, and regional teams, driving data-led improvements to the user journey, with CRO as the primary lever to increase acquisition and retention.
You’ll shape the performance roadmap, enable regional teams with frameworks and best practices, and partner closely with product and experimentation teams to execute high-impact tests. This role requires strong leadership, a test-and-learn mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.

Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, combining remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
