Our client is a well-capitalised credit investment fund. They are looking for an experienced property-backed loan originator to join their origination and investment team at Director / MD-level. This role will focus on driving origination of new loan investments in the UK.

What the job involves

• Source and originate bridging loan investments secured against property assets
• Take a lead role in the analysis, structuring, and execution of investments
• Negotiate terms, identify potential structuring issues, and develop solutions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to expand the firm’s network and pipeline
