Overview:

Overview

Leads, directs, and manages high-performance teams with accountability for operations, quality, customer service, and the success of assigned departments and product lines. Responsibilities include high-volume areas with significant strategic and financial impact on Sentara Hospitals' current and future success. Responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations. Coordinates the development, marketing, and strategic planning of new and existing services across multiple hospitals. Contributes to hospital success by achieving system, hospital, divisional, and regional goals. Sets the vision and culture, builds ownership, and promotes process improvement for sustainable value-added services. Provides leadership and administers fiscal, corporate, and human resource policies and practices in a multi-skilled, multi-functional environment.

Education

  • Masters Degree (Required)

Experience

  • 5 years oncology services line leadership required

  • 5 years Clinical Data Analytics required

  • Strong understanding of business operations and demonstrates business acumen.

  • Collaborates with cross-department/cross-divisional teams to achieve goals.
