Responsibilities
  • Manage wound care staff.
  • Direct all wound care service activities – making recommendations for staff/patient ratios.
  • Serve as a liaison between staff and administration.
  • Promote productivity of staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
  • Must possess RN Licensure in good standing.
  • Have current CPR certification and maintain same.
  • Must have Certified Wound Specialist certification and maintains same.
  • Minimum of five years nursing experience is required.
  • Three years’ experience in wound care supervisory roles, with increasing responsibility, desired.
